IMHO ICT at AS and A2 seems to have better support and available teaching resources than Computing. Is this true!! Any opinions??

Yes, I am struggling to find material for 2511.

By Tim Ault (Tim) on Sunday, February 23, 2003 - 08:01 am:

The best sources of material for 2511 are:

David Cooper's book
Roger Blackford / Chris Leadbetter's notes

Details are on this site in the resources section

OK, but in comparison to the ICT course this is remarkably feable. Let's face it ICT is an easier A level and that is directly proportional to the amount of quality teaching recources available.

Hi,

ICT is more on the application side while Computing is on the mathematical and theory side so Computing is harder - no doubt

Hi,

The ICT web site also has more support from other teachers and students too.
