I appologise profusely for taking advantage of this teacher's establishment but fellow students and myself have a dilemma. As you well know, year 13 are facing the last 'synoptic' exam for this course and i have read your opinions on the specimen. It sounds as if you are about as confident as ourselves about the validity of the answers to the questions. As teachers who seem at least annoyed with ocr would you be calling back copies of the students papers and the mark scheme to make sure that we as students are not being 'screwed' out of a qualification. Please let me know of a general consensus among yourselves so i have a good idea of whether to appeal if (which i hope it won't) all goes wrong.

The specimen paper and mark scheme for 2511 is good in my opinion. The answers in the mark schemes are only suggestions. Other sensible answers can gain marks.

The only past paper available is the one from January 2002. Hopefully your teacher has shown you this and gone through the answers with you.
