If you look at the Jan 2002 paper, 2511, Question number 1 (c), the question is very similar to the June 2002 paper, 2511, Question number 2 (b(i))

Yet the mark scheme for those question reveal two completely different answers.

Please help me where to draw the line between those two questions, or was this, an mistake by OCR, in writing parrot like answers?
