Hey man, thanks for setting up such a useful site. my problem is that ive no idea how to go about annotating my program listings. Ive printed out about 80 pages of the documenter results containing breakdowns of the tables, their fields and code of the forms etc. what do i have to write next to this stuff??

Hi Matt,

So it's an Access database? Write something on each main section so that the person reading it can quickly see what they're looking at. If you've written code which does anything clever, write next to it what the code does. You might check with your teacher whether or not it's necessary to hand in all 80 pages!
